Please bring a yoga mat for your practice and relaxation. Should you wish to bring your own pillow and any other comforts please do so but please keep in mind the grass can be wet at this time in the morning. Please wear active wear and layers for the sound bath. 

Jodi will guide you through a beautiful 45 minute yoga practice focusing on moving and energising the body bringing her own unique offerings and beautiful style of teaching. The class will be tailored to suit all levels and any restrictions.

Together with guided meditation and her sound healing instruments, Tillie will then take you on a grounding, sensory experience to align and balance your chakra energy system.

This morning is the perfect balance of strength and softness to welcome in the summer solstice in a beautiful location. This is our third year heading to Hadleigh Castle to watch the beautiful sunrise as we flow in awe.
