We provide you with a yoga mat and blanket for your reiki and sound healing session. Should you wish to bring your own pillow and any other comforts please do so. We recommend wearing something comfortable so you can lay back and enjoy this beautiful experience.

This session is for anyone who would like to raise their vibration, release emotional tension or has a curiosity around reiki and sound healing.

Reiki is a form of non-invasive energy healing to bring balance to the body, mind and spirit. During this session Jade will perform a combination of both hands on and distance reiki, working through each of the seven energy centers of the body; the chakras. Realigning, energising and rebalancing.

Reiki goes to the root cause, meaning it will serve your highest good. During the session you may experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth or tingling traveling through the body or different colours or images coming to the minds eye. The healing benefits last way beyond the session duration and often release physical, mental or emotional tension, shift unwanted energy and revitalised the mind, body and spirit for days and even weeks after.

Combined with the restorative frequencies as Tillie guides you through a gentle soundscape using a combination of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and percussions instruments. This experience will give you permission to explore the depths of relaxation.

This is a very powerful session combining reiki and sound, we suggest after you drink plenty of water, flushing out the toxins.
